light shines through cracks in the egg oceans pour two separate ways tumbling up, scraping through sky mountains smile, i don't ask why sing to things you knew how to trust just like the dust does gentle hues roll through the night stories told / stars speaking bright stones won't age / heroes don't end faithful tides come back again (breathe the halcyon morn) conception gifted, clean children we are the fruit come from the trees sing to things you knew how to trust just like the dust does made without your human doubt I'll mention any questions breeze through trees and blue seas young and with peace 'til the last sleep sing to things you knew how did you find out? flames of zeus who would've told you? sincere excuse (coarse black / stab earth / till hell / from birth) conception gifted, clean children we are the fruit come from the trees how did you find out? serpent spews and would you give up your mind to choose? (eat dust / from her / lick blood / taste earth) conception gifted, clean children we are the water come from the stream how did you find out? naked truth how will you live now with years so few? (spew smoke / ignite earth / bleed hell / from birth) i'll give sheep and blood, oxen hooves i am the fruit come from the trees i'll leave the caves then, i'll fight infection i am the water come from the stream but salt sheens on our backs the sun is hot now the sun burns hot now the sun is hot now

a moment from the end of time front cover to the end in the blink of an eye chrysalis crushed under sky happier i could not even try breathe in red diving, smiling bleeding head everything is fine neighbors friends and foes faces flow as i doze off no uncertain love from above just the souls i've known someday you'll remember when oxygen is worthless mid-flight into ever we never stopped time to rewind it's cold mid-december yet i cannot see my breath skies burn orange forever and we've run out of time, oh my

horned walls and halls wine-joyous buildings wear marks on the hilt grey faced and lean dreams of flush and flood battle waves on the deep (pointing to the moon stake your claim much too soon then asked why i fell to the ground by myself) vibrate a song move you earthen things bring the wind to this house of bones (must we climb these hills fall these trees just to kill? arrow breaks concern through the head thoughts adjourn) we were battlers mixed our bones and blood with the steel from our blades we were battlers we showed all-father strength with sword wrath and war fame (towers upward race from bloodlust brothers' minds building higher trust in ghostly choir towers upward face the crucial genocide building higher like the flock requires) i've heard the cries trudged in crusted blood made an oath with the wind i've seen brown ships dipped the oars in froth lived my life for the glory of my kin (singing soldiers' tune while we take from the tombs trudge forth with no names lost to death all the same) vibrate a song pulse of flesh and blood put the dirt on this house of bones (ropes won't reach so far tied to trees branches charred this is all too real what i see i can't feel) this grey battler just wants a pyre high and solace with the flames

Versailles 04:31
it was a grey bitter night full moon had all disappeared we asked the tide where he had gone she said to you he's gone to versailles (born out of the stone weary of thrones labored now assigned voyage for mankind) we packed the ship, left that day stand at the side and the sky in versailles time took us left us there we found him on the hillsides of versailles (to the moon we cried come back to our side) stand at the side and the sky in versailles (what was it all for monsters and war nothing's been explained odyssey in vain) make away the moon tonight

Moonsick 02:34
there's no welcome party no champagne to pass just a grey and ceaseless stillness curtains coming down at last and ours were the only footprints emptiness in the moonlight with wonderful and crushing views specks in all directions and a tiny ball of blue and our were the only footprints all it took to get here millennia and wizardry guess it's time to head back down now through the endless vacant sea and ours were the only footprints

Blinded Age 06:46
better pick your feet up boy said yeah with real joy wanna be just like that man i see gotta tuck your shirt in man said yeah i understand gotta work real hard and earn your keep gotta start a family how to live it's psychology like the fruit that's growin' from the trees had a lot of fun when i was young drove like the wind punched like a gun then he turned his head and smiled at me (not sure how to say what i feel thanks for being there something real legends go down smooth void ideals fathers miss some truths growth reveals) my old man he turned and smiled at me where is heracles? i don't know who i am am i the modern man? are we the hollow men? how can't we understand? what can't we know? we choose to know well i got a hole ahead of me a black abyss too black to see we drank the knowledge heartily with pale face i breathe in that man that demi-god that viking man and i don't know who i am (someday this will end blinded age trying to defend unseen ways) i can't have control hands are weak wisdom brings a toll tendons creak fearing i won't learn near enough doubt and mysteries i can't solve it's all right, it's all right it's all going down, it's all going down i'm not ready shield's too heavy break your bones falling down the space is empty where i still need grace to grow none around still i'm not ready crumbling levees make it known calling out to faces missing innocence needs arms to hold i will try my best it's all going down, it's all going down it's all right, it's all right
